Can i run Fallout 4 and other recent games at 1080p with these specs?

CPU: AMD FX 8350 @ 4.2 GHz
CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 Evo
RAM: 12GB Corsair Vengeance 1600 MHz
GPU: EVGA GTX 750 Ti FTW ACX 2GB
PSU: EVGA 600w Bronze

If anyone has a similar build what were your experiences playing The Witcher 3, Fallout 4 at medium, high, ultra etc. I know its quite modest and i'm not expecting 60 fps but i'm yet to order the CPU and GPU, i'd just like to know what performance i'm likely to get; they were the best in my small budget. Thank you for your responses.

you should be able to play with this - but you will have to adjust settings carefully for every single game to have a pleasent game experience.
Disable stuff like shadows, water reflection, aa and so on in the beginning, and add detail by detail for testing till you are happy...

Im in the UK, about a £150 CPU budget, and max £120 for my GPU
