Ok my pc specs are:
cpu - FX6300 overclocked to 4.5 ghz
gpu - R9 270x 2gb Vram
ram - 16 gb ddr3 1866 MHz
mb - MSI 970 gaming mb
PSU - raidmax 730w psu
I am a fallout fan but I don't want to buy a game worth $60 if I can't run it at atleast 40-60 fps

My spec are i5-2320 3,5GHz, 2x4GB ram, crossfire R9-280 + 7950, 850W psu, 480 Gb SSD ocz arc 100. My setting all maxed (including distance and godray) on 1080. Unfortunately my tv can only hold 1080. But nevertheless my pc couldnot get stable 60 fps. This game totally has a lot of problems with efficiency as most of my hardware are only working 60% and can only get 15-60 fps (unstable). Your 270X is not that bad. With lower setting @1080 you should be able to play.

Almost total 3 day time playing, and it keep me getting addicted. The only thing i hate is when loading map using fast travel or going out from building to openworld. It could take more than 1 minute. And I already using SSD.
