can i run fallout 4

hi im very confused at the moment as I have spent days searching the internet to find if my pc specs will run fallout 4 lots of people are saying it will however other people are saying it wont I would like a very definitive answer as im buying it for 40 pound and don't know weither it will be a waist of money as I don't want to load t up to find the game at 10fps
My gpu is a NVidia GeForce gt720
my cpu is a i7-4790
I have 6 gb of ram to

I'd recommend getting either a GTX 960 4GB or a GTX 970.

try find a cheap 260x. have good guts to play fallout 4 and the other games. i got one here and runs great.
