Your CPU and GPU do not meet the minimum system requirements. I'd say you would need an upgrade before running games like that. Although it will run. A Youtube video shows a frame rate of between 30 to 60 fps, at 1360x768 using lowered settings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MjoB159URH8
