AMD A10-6700 processor
AMD APU 8670D graphics card. 8GB of RAM

Well this is gonna be a two part answer, to answer your topic question, no, not even close, even an FX 8350 would have trouble running it on reccomended settings, and that is an 8 core cpu, while yours is only a quad core. That graphics card is also a problem, haha and your running on minimum ram requirements for FC4. Sorry bro, no luck on this one. You could also check system requirements lab and run an automatic detection, but that wont help you for far cry 4. sorry mate
