I have Farcry 4 and it is very demanding, you may be able to run it at low-medium, but your ram may get full quick, causing bad lag spikes.

I have 4gb, you can run it, but it gives a hell lot of stuttering. And coming from a 768p resolution.

Edit: I just read you have 1GB of ram, sorry, you CANNOT run Far Cry 4 with 1GB ram. Your CPU would be good enough, if it was dual core w/ hyperthreading or a quadcore. The 5600 series may handle it on low resolution and graphic settings. Overall, you can't run the game with 1GB, if you upgrade to 4GB, maybe, with an underlined no.
