can I run fifa 15

hi guys...I have a pc....I want to run fifa 15. I am already running fifa 14 on my pc very smoothly....
Specs are
Amd phenom || quad core 2.5 ghz
Ram is 4gb
graphic card is ati radeon 3100......I know graphic card doesnot meet the requirements ogof fifa 15...then please tell me some grahpic card than can run fifa 15 in budget .......please tell me that the specs except grahpic card can run fifa 15 or not.....Please help

The FIFA 15 is much more demanding than the older ones and your GPU will not be able to run it properly. Go for a Nvidia GTX 750Ti or atleast 750 if you are on a budget.
