Oh boy, that GPU... I highly recommend upgrading it since it is way too weak for your CPU. Unfortunately, you won't be able to enjoy the game (May run at low/shadows off etc but it will be so bad that you won't have any fun whatsoever.)

Depends on the resolution you are gaming at.
The minimum system requirement for fifa 16 is an HD5770 and it is not a particularly demanding title.
I wager it will run at 60fps at 720p and will even be playble in 1080p. If not, try to lower some in-game settings.
