Can i run game that needs ATI Radeon HD 3600 with intel graphics hd 5000

I want to play a game warframe that needs ATI Radeon HD 3600 or Nvidia GeForce 8600 GT or AMD 5000 series or Nvidia 400 series or higher and could i play it with intel hd graphics 5000?
Please help!

It is multiplayer game=CPU heavy if you run it on low res you maybe able to play it
