Can i run games on my setup?

My setup is: Intel Core i3-6100 dual core ,Sapphire rx 460 2gb,8gb of ddr4,stock cooler,case:Zalman T5, PSU:Zalman ZM400LX,Motherboard: MSI H110M PRO-VH,HDD: Western Digital 1TB 64MB cache. Can i run games like Overwatch on ultra or high and Fallout 4?

You can run Overwatch at high settings, possibly ultra. Fallout 4 will be a bit more of a challenge. You should be fine at medium settings, though. Other games will vary significantly.
