Question Can I run Gears of war 5 at 4k on medium with my rtx 2060 super. What about other games? I want to buy a monitor

Will most games run at 4k with medium settings on my rtx 2060super? I feel like its more affordable for me to get a 4k monitor in canada than a 1440 p one vvalue wise.
I got a ryzen 3600 oc'd to 4.15

Or do you think I should save and buy a 1440p monitor with 144 hz.
