Hi. Yes you can use it if you have a PCIe slot on the motherboard.
But I won't recommend using a GT 710.

You shouldn't have a problem, but there's probably not much point. The GT 710 is more powerful than the Radeon HD 7480D integrated graphics, but both are so weak in performance that the difference doesn't really matter.

An OEM 7570 1gb ddr5 card would be a better choice and you can pick them up for about $15-$20 on ebay in SFF and full size. 710 is about 100% faster than your 7480d, but a 7570 is about 100% faster than a 710.

Possibly, but know ahead of time it's not going to be pleasant, probably 30 fps or under at 800x600. The GT 710 is not a gaming GPU.

GTA V will be unplayable. The textures don't load on time, the guns don't appear at all at some points and frame rate is not so good too.
I've used one so I know.

As for COD Black Ops, yes. you can run COD BO 2 too.
On high settings, you'll get smooth gameplay. (720p)

I think you have low cpu bec my friend have same gpu and he can play Gta 5 online 40+ no problem and he can play cod bops 3 and cold War unless he increased the resolution to 800×600 and some can play in 1080

Here's a GT 710 on 1080p low, at a laughable 20 fps. With a 5900X. I guess we have wildly different definitions of "playable."

No There is a difference. Does your friend have the GDDR 5 version of the GT 710?
There is a WHOLE LOT of difference between the GDDR5 and the DDR3 in performance.
