Processor - Intel core duo e7500

Probably. But you will most likely also be getting close to the upper limit of your PSU.
Guessing from the specs you gave you most likely only run 1 hdd?
On the other hand if you happen to be running a large raid array, and multiple fans, lights, etc you may top out.

Galax recommend a 300w PSU or greater but they also list the max draw for that card at 29w.

You've also gotta remember that everything adds up, even things like USB devices. Sure they don't use much but there will always be the straw that breaks the camels back so to speak.

It's also not recommended to run your PSU at or close to its max output as it tends to drop the efficiency of the unit.

This site gives a pretty nice calculator for working out what size PSU you need, but it sill pays to double check manufacturer specs as I've noticed they are a little off on some things.

Personally I like to be a couple of hundred watts below what my PSU can supply. ie. 750w+ for a 500w load.
