I Am Having A 1.9 Ghz Core 2 Duo Processor with 1 Gb Of RAM and With Intel(R) 242 Mbs Q65/Q63 Of Graphics card can i Run Gta 4 And My Windows Is Windows 7(32)bit Version

Solution
GTA IV is both a CPU and GPU intensive game. For a GPU you should be okay with a GTX750 but you need a powerful quad core CPU to run GTA IV at good framerates.
Core 2 quad is not a octa core processor. Currently the only processors used in gaming rigs that are octa core are the AMD 8320/8350.
You don't need an octa-core processor; a quad core is plenty.
Get a core i5 3rd/4th generation.

Hmm.. But How Can i Improve My System So It Can let Me To Play Gta 4 And 1 More Thing I Wrote The Wrong Graphics Card model Its Intel(R) Q965/Q963 Express Chipset Family And Its 242 Mbs

how much you got?

Well I Guess Core 2 Quad Means Octa Core N Its Nearly the Current End Point Of Hardware,There,s No More Big Then This N Its Too Much More Expensive I Think My Current System Can Make Out But With A proper Concentration I Guess Much Amount Of RAM N a high Quality Graphics Card Can Make Out For Me..Don,t Take This In A Dissing Sense..

Sorry Bro I Did,nt Got Your Point Come In Easy Words..

To play the game on low-medium settings: Upgrade your RAM to 2GB AT LEAST (I recommend 4GB at least to be able to play other games as well) and get yourself a dedicated graphics card like HD 7750 or GTX 750. and If you can overclock your CPU to higher GHZ that would be great..

Well But I Am Confused Of One Thing That When I Checked Out The System Requirements for GTA 4 So It Was 2.4 Ghz Core 2 Duo With 2 GB Of RAM N With Only 128 MBs Of Graphics Card And The Minimum Was 1.8 Core 2 Duo with 1 GB Of RAM With 128 MBs Of Graphics Card But After Listening To You Guys I Am Just Shocked like That What Is The Actual Thing..

It's IMPOSSIBLE to run GTA IV with such specs.. Even when you lower the settings and resolution to the lowest possible the game will require more than 128MB of graphics memory..
Anyway, It's not about the graphics memory, It's all about how much powerful the card is to process the graphic units in the game.
I had 9400GT with 512MB of graphics memory and the game was barely playable even with low settings..
