Actually, I can confirm the details I posted with a video. The i3 4130 has a HD4600 which can manage those settings.

I do believe it can, just saying not to expect much with integrated graphics and a game that is not meant to be played on it

Actually I believe it could, not on max settings though 😀 You wont get more than 40 fps
