Yeah, you're going to hit a really bad CPU bottleneck there. I wouldn't be surprised if you drop to around 15FPS in the more crowded areas of Los Santos regardless of what settings you choose. If you can afford it, look for a Sandy Bridge or Ivy Bridge i5 that is on your motherboard's CPU support list and upgrade.



The CPU used in that video is the new Haswell Pentium G3258 with a 4.4Ghz overclock , not a 2.8Ghz G640 like the OP has.
 


Hmm. You are right. That could cut the performance by as much as 40%, depending on where the bottleneck is vs the video.
