can i run gta 5 my specs are:
intel core i5 ram:4gb
windows 10 64bit
nvidia 512mb DDR3

Would need to know the model of the gpu to make sure but where its uses DDR3 is either very old or very low end and the chances of it running the game at a playable FPS is low. 4Gb of ram isn't going to help the cause either.

Agreed. 4GB of RAM and 512MB of VRAM simply isn't going to cut it.
If you want to play GTA 5, I suggest that you grab a cheap graphics card like a GTX 950 or 750ti and another 4GB stick of RAM of the same make and model preferably.

It will help, but you'll need to get a better graphics card first, that's the main limiting factor in your build.
As mentioned above, get the RX 480 if you can afford it, but in your budget range, I suggest the GTX 950.

Ram is only part of the equation. We don't even know what GPU you are running.
