Can I run GTA 5 on my MAc?

I currently own a 2010 Mac Pro, and I am considering installing Windows 10 in order to play on GTA 5 with Single Player Mods, I was wondering whether my Graphics, Processor and RAM would work as I am weary about doing what exceeds my computers capabilities.

SPECS: 3.33GHz 6-Core Xeon (not sure what type), 16GB DDR3, and it has an ATI Radeon HD 5870, and a 1TB HDD.

I am not going to be using Online, hopefully mods won't cause any problems to the performance?

With HD, you can play med settings until you hit VRAM,since its 1GB vram card.
In short, probably yes.
You can refund game if the hardware isnt good enough on Steam.

Thanks very much for the answer, medium graphics are perfectly good enough for me, I just hope it will be good enough to run some basic mods, much appreciated!
