i have a pentium(r) dual-core cpu e6700 @3.20 ghZ and 1 gb ram ..... and i have a ZOTAC NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 2GB DDR5 Graphics Card .... will gta 5 run in this ?

No, you won't be able to run GTA Vat all on that. You'd need a minimum of 4GB of RAM to have an okay system.
Even with that processor and that GPU you wouldn't be able to run GTA V well.

I'd estimate that you could get around 35 FPS at lowest settings on a 1366x768 screen.
