Can i run gta 5

Gpu amd radeon hd 6570 4gb
Ram 8gb
Windows 7 64 bit
720p
I posted this because my cpu is dual core i dont know if i can run it but if it can run what settings is recommended for my pc

You have a very weak graphics card. You might be able to play, but you're going to have to run the game at the lowest possible settings, and even then you're likely going to have trouble maintaining 30FPS. The game can run on dual core chips, but performance isn't the greatest, the i3's hyperthreading might help a bit, but even with a GPU upgrade you'd run into some slowdowns in the busier areas of the game.
