Can i run GTA 5

Is it even possible to turn gta 5 all the way down to lowest settings allowed and even get a halfway decent frame with this build? (I don't think it will) 🙁

Probably. Try 720p first and work your way up from there settings wise.

I think you should be able to run the game, but you won't get that high fps, probably around 20-30 fps on good/decent settings- maybe less. But you need 65GB at least of HDD or SSD space to install the game.

I would agree, run the game at 720p at low settings and increase the settings until you're not happy with the fps and performance. Use Fraps to see the fps and do basic benchmarks.

yea but fraps will take a notch out of performance big time I used to use it to record minecraft 4 youtube and man phew!!!

No really don't use Fraps to record, just use it to benchmark and see fps. Recording with Fraps is a bad idea, you get huge files sizes and unlesss you have a good pc it will ruin the fps in game. Try using OBS to record, it's free and easy to setup - that works well and doesn't reduce fps.
