Can I run GTA 5

Can I run GTA 5 and WATCH DOGS at any settings.

My pc specs are

PROCESSOR: INTEL G2030
RAM: 4GB
GPU: INTEL HD GRAPHICS 2500

My processor is 3.0ghz

Maybe on ultra low on the lowest resolution you will have it 10-20fps,still not sure if this will happen.

Most likely no. It's not a build suitable for gaming, but ideal for simple tasks like editing in Word and web browsing. Unfortunately not more than that.

If you added a 750ti and overclocked your cpu maybe just maybe you could get the game to launch...you would still have the settings turned down because your cpu is pretty bad for gaming.
