Solution
I don't know for sure, but I suspect it would play on 720p / low settings / low FPS. Prompted by your question, I checked YouTube. There were plenty of people playing GTA V with core 2 duo and GT 710's but not both. If you purchase the game through Steam then you have nothing to lose, because you can initiate a refund if total time played is less than two hours.

My unsolicited advice:

If you decide to invest in the Q6600 then I suggest that you not add anymore upgrades after that point. Honestly, were I in your situation, I'd jump straight to spending $300 to build a new system:

For $65 you could purchase the new Kabylake Pentium G4560 (dual core with hyperthreading).

I Run Dirt 3 , Tomb Raider In High With 30-42 fps
And For GTA 5 I Don't Need To Run It In High , I Need Just Low In Full Resolution 1360*768

While this is true, it is capable of running on lower end system. There is an extremely wide range of performance demands with that game.

That being said, OP is far below the minimum.

But When I Checked In Sysrequirementlab I Founded That My Graphics Card Is Checked , And I Just Need A Quad Core Q6600 For Running It In Low

System requirement "tools" generally are a joke.
They get it right enough that people think they are good, but they arent.

You can buy the game and try it (its on sale right now right?) if it dosent work then work it out. You wont have a good experience with it.

* This assumes that you reuse a case, HDD, windows license and purchase a used GTX 750 Ti off Ebay for $50.

The CPU lists as a i3-7100, because the Pentium G4560 is too new to be listed on PCPartpicker. But the CPU is definitely on sale because I own one. It's dual core and includes hyperthreading.
One other thing, if your OS is Windows 8 or 10 then you're golden. But if you're running Windows 7 or lower, than you'll have a major hassle trying to get it to run on this new Kabylake CPU.

Even at 720p low settings I don't think you'll be happy with a dual core and 710 and 4gb system ram setup. That's going to look low res, it's going to look ugly, and it's going to have jerky 30fps level framerate at best. Is that how you want to play GTA V? I'd focus on the games that do run on that system, even if they're older games.
