Can I Run GTA on High Settings?

Just wondering because I'm unsure if I can run GTA 5 on high quality settings; here are my specifications:

Processor : Intel Core i5-3570K : 3.40 GHz
RAM : 16GB
Graphics : EVGA GeForce GTX 750 Ti Superclocked 2Gb
MB : Asus B85-M-G

Hoping for at least 30+ FPS if i'm playing on high settings (or equivalent to console quality), preferably 60

u can get medium to high with some tweak and mostly u will get 30-35 or 40

If you can stand your game running at 30fps then yes you can run it on high. If not, i suggest bumping it down to medium. Your GPU is dragging your performance down.
