My PC Specs-
Intel Core i3 540 3.06Ghz
4GB Ram DDR3
Nvidia Geforce GT 610 2GB

Well I have an outdated PC but can I play GTA V at 1024x768 resolution with every thing at low. Because this game has pretty low minimum requirements.
And yes I was able to play Watch Dogs on 1024x768-low settings with 17-25FPS.

this are the requirements for the game.

Minimum Specs

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1, Windows Vista 64 Bit Service Pack 2* (*NVIDIA video card recommended if running Vista OS)
Processor: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz
Memory: 4GB
Video Card: NVIDIA 9800 GT 1GB / AMD HD 4870 1GB (DX 10, 10.1, 11)
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB

Recommended Specs

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
Memory: 8GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB

So, by looking at that with your specs you wont enjoy playing the game. I dont think you will even play it at low quality.
17-25fps is not even good. You will want a low of 30fps at least.

Like Watch Dogs required minimum GTX 460 gpu in its minimum requirements list, while GTA V requires 9800 GT. So comparing these GTX 460 is better than 9800 GT. So what FPS will I get with 1024x768-low settings?

The game is not out yet so. Maybe you will get lower fps than what you are getting on Watch Dogs, Or maybe you will get a few more. You will have to wait and test the game to really see. But I dont think you will get good fps.

I am also curious about my setup for running the game. (want to run on Ultra)

I have a:
Gigabyte P55A-UD3 mobo
Intel i5-760 LGA1156
(This was the best bang for the buck at the time, and actually still is, but I am a little concerned about the mHz, which is 2.8). I cannot effectively upgrade the CPU without upgrading the mobo as well, so I am hoping this does it.

RAM is Gskill ripjaws, 8 GB (F3-128000CL9 * 2)

Video Card is an hd5800 or 5850, 1 GB.

I have a Dell 24" monitor which I run at 1920*1200. It has been a great monitor, though it is showing a lot of signs of ghosting. May think about replacing that but money is getting tight nearing retirement.
If I do replace the monitor, it would probably be somewhere between a 28-34", so I would imagine that's gonna bump up the potential resolution somewhat.

Any thoughts suggestions are most appreciated.

Thanks

can't wait for the game - shame they delayed it again..
