Can i run GTA V on my pc

Im not good with pc and i wanted to know if my requirements can run gta with not a lot of lag:

CPU: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4790 CPU @ 3.60GHz
GPU: GeForce GT 730

why do u have a SUPER CPU with a low end of the line crap GPU?

u need 8GB of ram BTW and another thing sell that gpu and get a R9 280X at least if u want to play it on ultra with the AA turned down

the gt 730 sucks, get at least a gtx 970 or 980 so your cpu wont be barley used...
