Can i run Gta v on my pc??

my spec are:
intel core2duo e8400 3.0ghz (6mb cache)
6gb ddr3 ram ( 4gb corsair(800mhz) + 2gb kingston(800mhz) )
GPU - nvidia geforce gt630 2gb(ddr3)

i m running sleeping dogs at (40fps around)
can i run gta v??

Can you? Maybe.
Will you enjoy the slideshow running at 720p? Probably not

gta4 was made in the XP days and meant to run on a pentium 4. Of course it's smooth on your computer. GTA V was made to run on 4 core ivy bridge chips with 8gb ram and a GTX 660 minimum, you can see why it won't exactly work well for you.
