Can I Run GTA V PC

So the the recommended specs for GTA V, which according to R* should run the game at 30-60FPS at 1080p, the Recommended specs are:

OS: Windows 8.1 64 Bit, Windows 8 64 Bit, Windows 7 64 Bit Service Pack 1
Processor: Intel Core i5 3470 @ 3.2GHZ (4 CPUs) / AMD X8 FX-8350 @ 4GHZ (8 CPUs)
Memory: 8GB
Video Card: NVIDIA GTX 660 2GB / AMD HD7870 2GB
Sound Card: 100% DirectX 10 compatible
HDD Space: 65GB

I wouldn't ask this if my rig wasn't a laptop, but it is so im not really sure how things stack up, my laptops specs are:

Intel Core i7 4710HQ (2.50GHz) (Quad Core)
16GB DDR3L 1600 Memory
1TB HDD
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 970M 3GB Dedicated VRAM, Overclocked 5%
1920 x 1080 Display
Windows 8.1 64-Bit

So how do things even out, I do not mind 30fps if it means I get ultra settings (im mainly a console gamer, so 30fps is a norm for me). What settings will I max get?

Your system should be somewhere near the recommended spot. There is no way to tell exactly how well optimized the game is, but you should have no problem running the game with high quality settings.

Too soon to tell this, game is still not released, but for sure you can achieve high-ultra on this resolution with 30+ FPS

Yea should run it no problem with 30+ fps on max settings.

The 970m is approximately as fast as a desktop gtx 670/680... My guess it that you will get around 30 fps give or take on high not ultra...
The game isn't out so nobody really knows. lol

I don't think that Ultra will work because my guess is the ultra textures will use more than 3gb of vram...
