Can i run gta v with these specs?

Im not much of a techie. I just got tbis new pc set up for my home and was wondering will i be able to run gta v or similar games on it without problems.
My pc specs:
Windows 10 x64
Ram 8gb
AMD RADEON R7 200 Series
Intel core i5-4590 @3. 30Ghz

It depends on which of the R7 200 series you have; the 240, 250, 250X, 260, 260X or 265. The R7 250 and above will be suitable for 1080p and 30fps.

If it's DDR3 then it must be an R7 240 or 250, but neither one shipped with 4GB of VRAM, so something doesn't add up.

I just looked it up . Mine is R7 240 there are two versions of it one is 2Gb And One is 4gb , I have the 4gb version...

The R7 240 is below the minimum system requirements. Whilst that doesn't necessarily mean that the game won't launch, the frame rate will make it unplayable.
