When I looked up the GT630 compared to the APU's GPU that you have they seem to be similar.

The test is problematic in the video because as I said the APU's GPU uses system memory. If you assign 2GB then that only leaves about 1.8GB for Windows and the game which is not enough. However, if you assign 1GB there may not be enough video memory even on these crappy low settings.

(You have a full 4GB for Windows and the game so system memory is not an issue. It's either your GPU or CPU but hard to say which)

Anyway, interesting video. You likely would do a bit better but still it won't be great due to how low the graphics have to be dropped.

Update:
The...
No, agreed.

The APU has a dual-core CPU (about half of an FX-4300), and the GPU is incredibly weak.

If you ever decide to upgrade then I'd suggest a completely new system with an Intel CPU (though when Zen CPU's come out in 2017 at 14nm they may be a good deal).

In the mean time, if you kept the same build you'd want to replace the FM2 CPU and the graphics card. Something like this:

a) X4-880K http://pcpartpicker.com/part/amd-cpu-ad880kxbjcsbx
and
b) GTX750Ti or better (i.e. R9-380X or wait for upcoming Polaris 11 card)

I'd stay away from APU's in general. If you get a dedicated video card you don't use the GPU part of the APU, the best GPU's aren't that great, and they are also not only bottlenecked with slower system memory (DDR3) but also share it so you have less system memory.

Update:
The recording of the gameplay is not great, and there would be far less stuttering in reality. I'd call this actually "playable" depending on what is acceptable for you in terms of graphics.

Here's a different video with a GT630 and X4 645 CPU: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfkXhe7b8uA

*What's important to note is that while it's a 4-core CPU, your CPU has better performance per core so you may end up with similar performance to this video (which would look better than the compressed video shown).
