Hello, can I run GTA V on low settings:

CPU: AMD Athlon II x4 651 Quad-Core
RAM: 4GB DDR3
Graphics: Radeon HD6670 1GB DDR3
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate x64

Your GPU may be better than a 4870, and will indeed run GTA V, but it only has the minimum of 1GB VRAM.

It's the CPU that it's reporting as the fail point.
