Can I run GTA V?

Hey guys, I've talked to people on steam and in actual stores but they couldn't tell me yes or no.
I'd love to play GTA 5 on my pc on atleast medium ( I alread assume high isn't even possible )
I can't play planetside, keep that in mind.. I dont know if gta 5 is more demanding..
I also got trouble with bf4 for some reason.
anyway, my specs:
8gb of ram.
AMD FX(tm)-8320 Eight-Core Processor. 3.5 ghz.
Microsoft windows 8.
and my videocard is a Sapphire Dual-x and then the R9 270x.
I'd like to know if I can, and If I really need to upgrade, what can you suggest? because I'd love to play the game at atleast medium/high with a decent 50-60 fps. ( Ultra isn't neccesary for me )

That will play GTA no problem. I've played it on my HD7850 which is a slower card than yours. Game looks great even with lowered settings.

I am pretty new on tomshardware!
so thank you for that.
Yes, I've heard that people had a lot of crashes and blue/blackscreens in game, and fps drop.. there are like 2.000 bad steam messages about those stuff.. do you run it with no problem? and do you have the updated gta v drivers? and the canyourunit site shows me I cannot run it..
And many people who are WAY over the recommanded specs still have issues.
