Hey,

I have a pre built, pc and i'm looking to buy a GTX 1050 TI for my computer.
(Got intel intergrated graphics ....)
But i'm worrying about if my standard supply can handle it.
My standard supply has 200W - 240V

Yes, it can. I don't really know the requirements of euro truck, but if it's no more than GTA V it will be fine.

Just found A Youtube video of GTA V at 1080p, very high settings. Looks like it might be averaging 30fps, but on medium it should be over 60. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U2d1xU8tj2w

well buying a new psu and a 1080ti with this cpu and system overall will be the biggest overkill in hardware history in my opinion ( if cpu and m/b works with 1080ti, also it may not fit in your case) ( Cpu will bottleneck new gpu and you will see no difference at all) Even a gtx 1050ti will be an overkill here.

better with the money of the psu and 1080ti buy a whole new system .

:D its kinda late here , many opologies !!!

1050ti wattage recommendations are minimum 300 wats , but it may work with your psu too , to be sure you can uprgade to a 300+ wattage psu ( https://pcpartpicker.com/product/86M323/evga-power-supply-100n10400l1) like this

your cpu still gonna bottleneck a bit bt you will see big difference

i can download nvidia vga driver even it doesnt come with the system

The power supply for this PC, is it external? Because the photo looks like an external power brick. If so, you will not be able to replace it with a standard internal PSU. My recommendation would be to buy a GT 1030. At 30w, your power supply will be fine, and it would be a better match for your CPU too.

Is it gonna be able to handle gta v & euro truck simulator 2 at medium settings atleast?

Yes, it can. I don't really know the requirements of euro truck, but if it's no more than GTA V it will be fine.
