can i run GTX 650 ti with this computer?

hi there, i have a cheap computer and was thinking of upgrading its gpu.

Computer spec:
Intel Core i3-2120 Processor
Asus P8H61-M LX3 Mobo
4GB RAM
500GB HDD
600W PSU

will this hinder the gtx 650 ti performance if im gonna put one? thanks in advance for the replies.

If it does, it won't be by much. You'll definitely see performance increase.

I agree the 650ti wouldn't be too much

The 7790 is $80 after MIR iirc, much cheaper than the 650ti ($108+)

the 7790 would probably be a better deal... it also has a lower power draw then the 650ti

No problems, though if you have not purchased a card yet, I would suggest the 7790

Also 8GB of ram will let you multitask

is this brand ok? this is the only 7790 available near our area.

its an alright brand; about as solid as MSI... nothing spectacular nothing horribly wrong.

General performance guidelines

7850(oc)/650TI boost > R7 260x > 7790 > 650ti >7770 > 650/7750

brands I would say Tier 1 = Gigabyte, ASUS, Sapphire, EVGA
Tier 2 = MSI, Powercolor, XFX, Zotac
Tier 3 = everyone else

Slightly, the 650 ti takes 110 max and boost 134 max
