[SOLVED] Can i run gtx 750 ti on this

I have dell optiplex 990 my psu is dell H265-am input 240watt and output 265watt can i run gtx 750 ti currently i run gt 730 2gb ddr3 128bit

That depends on a few things.

1. Power Supply Rot. How has age affected the output, it says 265W but it might be 80%-60% of that now.
2. The CPU 65W vs 95W makes a difference.
3. The 750 Ti in question because some of the overclocked versions will draw close to 70W. Typically you would see around 50W.

For example
I5 drawing 95W
Overclocked 750TI drawing 68W under full load
15W for the rest of the System
................
178W Total system power under load
If your PSU is running @ 60% well that is 159W and you're going to be crashing out under stress.

The good thing here is a 990 MT uses a standard ATX supply and can be upgraded "Non-proprietary wiring".
