Why would you want to say you'll have better gaming performance just running the gtx 750ti on its own. And the other thing is that the motherboard doesn't support SLI anyway, so you have to choose which GPU to use in your machine

Right now, not so much, but that may change with DirectX 12. It wouldn't suprise me if the whole "bit bucket" concept applied to any 2 cards, as well as sharing the rendering.

This is all speculation however, so don't go buying stuff based on this preliminary tidbit.

Simplest answer, no, and like Nuckles said, even if you could the 640 would only drag it down in performence.
