I have amd a10 7800, radeon r7 340 (oem), 8gb 1600mhz of ram, 2tb on hardrive, windows 10 x64.
Im new on pc's and i dont know much yet. So my question is; is it possible to put for example gtx 750ti to my computer and make it run with my a10 7800 apu processor? If so, how? And would it boost my gaming permormance? Please answer me:) and sorry for my bad english!

I don't think you would be able to fully utilize a 750ti, but it would definitely be a big step up from an r7 340. Yeah, you would definitely see a boost in gaming performance, but like I said, it will probably get to a point where your CPU is holding your GPU back.

Okay:) is graphics card hard to install or is it just the normal and easy way, (sorry cant explain any better)i got about 30fps on gta v, how much should i get if i buy that gtx 750ti?

I am running AMD A10-7870K Radeon R7 12 Compute Cores 4C+8G 3.90 GHz. Depending on your motherboard and BIOS settings once you install the new card you should see the monitor turn on (if you have plugged the DVI or vga cable into it) then you will need to install the manufacturers drivers (usually comes on disk) the drivers online may be more up to date. And that should be it. I have Radeon Crimson drivers for my chipset and I have used an Nvidia GeForce 9800 GT with this APU and everything worked fine, but the APU has a better video chip in it. Just make sure that your power supply will be big enough to handle your system and your video card, look at how many pins the video card is going to need and how many Watts are recommended to run it. Hope that helps in your endeavors.
