Can i run GW2?

Wondering if i can Run GW2, and i know its either i cannot run it or i can only run it in low settings i will be getting a new PC in a few months so im ok with playing on low settings for a bit (aslong as its 25+ fps)

Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) Dual CPU E2140 @ 1.60GHz (2 CPUs), ~1.6GHz
Memory: 2GB RAM
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
Resolution : 1440x900

Also got a Labtop :
Processor: 2.0 Ghz (dont have labtop with me but i know its 2 GHZ)
Memory: 3GB Ram
Graphics: Mobilty Raedon 4200
Resolution 1360 x 768 (i could be off here dont remember exacly)

i was on canirunit.com and said it failed but i passed in everything except CPU for my desktop, it said the same thing for CS go but i can still run it 30 fps on low on 1440x900
please if you recommend me to not buy it yet and wait for my new PC let me know.

If they both run which would be better?

Your desktop might be able to run it but it would be a long shot you might be able to get 20-25 fps with it.
Your laptop on the other hand would be able to run it if it is a 2-4 core at about 28 FPS for dual core and about 40 FPS with a quad core(it's probably not a quad core).
