Can I run H1Z1 At Medium Settings?

So i recently built a PC, and It is running 3x better than my $300 Toshiba Satellite.
The catch is, I haven't bought a GPU yet. So I've been milking off the Integrated Graphics for a bit, which are actually rather decent. The GPU I plan on getting is a GTX 960 (Recommendations on which model? Thanks)
So My question is, if I were to go out and buy H1Z1 Right now, How much FPS Would I get at Medium settings? Honestly I wouldnt have a problem going to low if its THAT bad. After all, Ive been playing some ArmA 2 Takistan Life on Very Low with 40+ fps.

We can't tell you what the game will run lie if we don't know what integrated Graphics you currently have, what is the CPU?

As for the GTX 960, I recommend the Asus Strix. It's the smallest non mini GTX 960 out there, it requires only one 6pin power connector and has the best cooling.

I think your brain funked again.... there no such thing as an I4 CPU,did you mean I5-4460?

It has Intel® HD Graphics 4600, which will play some thing decently like, DotA2 or something, I don't know about h1z1. I'd say low-mdeium at 1080p
