Can I Run It? The Division

So I have recently taken interest to the new, Tom Clancy The Division, and I was wondering if my laptop could run it, and if so, at what settings, I heard there are going to be a plethora of graphical settings.

My PC: Intel Core i7-4720HQ, 16 GB RAM, 1 TB HDD, Nvidia GeForce 860M 4GDDR5.

What graphical settings can I use to get around 45-60+ FPS?

These websites are highly inaccurate when it comes to detecting whether a game is playable or not...

The 860M has similar performance to a 560 ti and a 570 GTX. The minimum requirement for the game is a 560.
