Can I run it with this cpu?

Hi, I am buying a desktop.

What I plan to buy is an i3-3220 intel core, 8GB 1600 ddr3, Radeon HD 7750 and a monitor with only 1920 x 1080 resolution.

Question: Can I run a game like battlefield 3 with its highest graphical settings in an average fps with these specs?

I only have the budget for those specs only and I cannot afford to buy higher ones and it is only for gaming purposes.

You're not maxing out Battlefield 3 at 1080p with that graphics card. You would have to double your graphics budget at the very least before you will come close to pulling that off. You're probably looking at low to medium settings at 1080p with that build, maybe high settings if you drop your resolution to 720p.
