Can I run it?

Hi to everyone reading this, I got a question about a video game, could I run it and how good. The game Im talking about is Battlefield Hardline. There were 2 betas so far and I only played 1 of em and it went smooth but the other one added way more stuff and made the game harder to run. I unfortunately didn t play the other one so I don t know how I would run it. My PC specs are:
CPU - AMD FX Series X6 6300
GPU - MSI HD 7850 OC, 1 GB GDDR5
RAM - Kingston DDR3 8GB 1600MHz
MB - Asrock 960gc-gs fx
Im completely aware that I won t be able to run it on ultra or high settings with 120 - 200 fps but I just want to know if I will be able to run it on at least medium settings, 1920x1080 and 45 - 50 fps. Thx to everyone who responds, every help is appreciated.

The R7 265 is about 7-8% faster than your 7850 so that image shud give ya an idea
