Nope, you'd need at least a GTX 750/TI and a 3.0GHZ CPU preferably and an Intel Haswell or Skylake Quadcore i5/i7 and 8GB of RAM (2x4GB)

What I recommended is what you need to make the games run playable-ish. You'd need to fork out for GTX 900 series card if you want medium+ settings at 1080p 60fps.
