I currently have a GTX 1050 8g
I have a power supply model number: FSP350-50GMN
Do not know much about pc was looking into getting a 1070ti can I run it ?

No. Using the model number you gave turns up a junky 350watt PSU. You will need to upgrade your PSU if you want really any upgrade, something like the Corsair CX/CXM 550watt.

Be aware other system specs may limit the 1070ti and you might not get your moneys worth out of it. What is your complete specs?
