Can I run it?

I have a GTX 1050ti, Ryen 5 1600 (OC to 3.8 GHz) and 16gb of ram. I get good frames on my games, 100-150 and I was wondering if a 144hz monitor would be worth it. And also can it handle it? I wanted a 1080p 144hz monitor for around the 200$ mark. Any suggestions?
