Can a GTX 1050 Ti work with a Ga-78LMT-USB3 mobo and an AMD FX(tm) - 4300 QuadCore Processor and a 350w power supply? I’m planning on upgrading everything in the near future but there’s a good deal on a 1050 ti and I’m wondering if it would work with my current specs.

It doesn’t say it needs one. This is what I’m planning on buying. Does it need a cable? Also the power supply be able to handle the gtx 1050 ti? It’s just a regular psu that came with the desktop. It doesn’t have a specific brand name on it.

Can i run it with these specs? I'm planning on changing the CPU, Mobo, and PSU in the near future

Yes, it is compatible with your hardware. The PSU is of sufficient capacity if the unit is decent. Being an iBuyPower product, that's somewhat doubtful. 350w would be enough if it was a really decent model but if it's a mediocre or low quality unit like iBuypower and CyberpowerPC usually include with their machines then you might want to look at getting something better.

A high quality 450w unit would be a really good idea.

Yes, while that's not a super terrific unit, it's easily good enough for that configuration and reviews of it say it it's of half decent quality for low powered hardware.
