can i run g5400 + 2x4gb ddr4 ram + 1 tb hdd sata 7,2 rpm + rx 570 on seasonic eco 430w 80+ bronze for playing games like rainbow six, cs, etc?

Yes you can, the GPU will draw from 150W-180W~ max and from rest of system spec it is good.
But beware if you wanna upgrade your CPU to i7 or any more power hungry card like 580/590 and RX 2060 and up, you would need to swap your PSU.
