Can i run just cause 2?

Hello there! i just needed to know if i can run just cause 2? if i can do you know what settings i could run on?

Specs:

CPU: dual intel xeon 5130 quad core

GPU: evga gtx 560 ti ds ssc

PSU: 575 watt

rez: 1280x1024

wanted FPS: anywhere from 30+

yes you can run, settings are up to you

you need a minimum of windows vista, 7 is recommended. plus you only will need 1 of toughs cpu's for gaming so go into bios and turn 1 off. pointless running the cpu when its not gonna be used.
and it is only a 2.0ghz cpu so you may want to oc it to 2.6 or more if you can...

thank you both for the input!! i do have windows 7 ultimate sp1...do you have any suggestions on what program i should use to oc my cpu?

using your bios to OC is the best choice
