Can I run Just cause 3?

So I was wandering if I could run Just Cause 3 on ultra at a solid 60fps:
My specs are:
i7 4790k
GTX 960 4gb
sli
GTX 960 4gb
24 gb hyper x fury ram
They are the important bits ^^

I do not think that I will be able to but any ideas on an fps?

Most likely it will run, but till the game comes out and gets benchmarked there no real way to say how it will run.
