Can I run just Cause 3?

Im really excited for this game and really want to get it on PC rather than console. However I'm confused as I've used a couple of sites such as game debate to check if I can run it and its saying my CPU doesnt reach the minimum specs, even though the clock speed does. Whats more confusing is that on game debate, they rated my processor an 8 out of 10, yet still said it didnt reach the min specs. Also, I've been able to run games before that the site told me I couldnt at quite high specs. I just wanted to ask if I will actually be able to run this game

Game isn't out yet, you probably can run it but can't comment on the performance.
Using game debate is pointless, it's based all speculation. Until the game actually comes out and actual benchmarks is done, no one can actually answer the question.

Your cpu barely meets min requirements so it should run but don't expect stellar performance.
